Returns and Refunds
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging.
- Process: To initiate a return, contact us at info@dustybootsdesigns.ca Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
