We offer handmade accessories and apparel. While we strive to provide accurate descriptions and photos of our products, slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our items. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders and Payment

  • Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order for any reason.
  • Payment: Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major Credit Cards and E-transfer.
  • Cancellations: Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Times: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or postal strikes.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and order size.
  • International Shipping: Duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging.
  • Process: To initiate a return, contact us at info@dustybootsdesigns.ca Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

All content on our Site, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Dusty Boots Designs and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.
